In Swift's days there was no Internet!If he lived today he would understand quickly enough: the quantity of people
asking advice in times surpasses quantity of those who give advice… And those who give really useful advices are very few.

Actually people can advice anly if they are asked to do that! IMHO
Cos people often are hostile to unasked advices.
